How to Get to Searing Gorge in WoW Classic Method One: Just walk in from the Badlands. This is just about as simple as it can get. Find the entrance to Searing Method Two: Through Blackrock Mountain. This one is a little easier for Alliance players, as the entrance to the Burning Method Three. To open up the gate to Searing Gorge, you have to go there first and find a Stegadon called Margol the Rager, who patrols a wide area in the Southeast of the zone. Margol will drop Margol’s Horn, which is the beginning of a short chain that leads to the guard at the gate to Searing Gorge in Lock Modan, then to Ironforge and back again.

It is kind of an easy one only thing that stands between you and SG is one elite dragon near the gate. You can stealth by him. To the BurningSteppes you can go through Swamp of Sorrows and then through mountains near Deadwind to Redrock avaid Lakeshire if youre Horde best to swim across lake.
Then after some trek north through gate and you are in Burning Steppes. You can stealth walk a bit and even a lvl 40 character can get through but it can get realy painfull when one has bad luck. I find it an quicker route then through Alliance territory when you have no flight to Badlands.

Since the fp is near the gy, it may be worth just rezzing at gy to grab the fp your first time in the zone. For other classes, I think you might be able to do it if you think a bit smart.
I had very little rest state when I started so I soon burned through it. With 2. In the unlikely event that I remember, I'll be sure and update you all here afterwards. Several common enemies there, such as the Inferno Elemental, are immune to or highly resistant to fire what are vicodin withdrawal symptoms. Gl ;P.
Comment by Nerizor The easiest way to get through the gates where you need a key, without having the key is following; Unequip all gear and do a suicide next to the Gate ie. Comment by The Horde FP is actually at 35, At Thorium Point. Comment by This, together with STV, is probably one of the worst ganking zones I've ever spent my time in. For those planning on questing here be prepared to do alot of corpse running.
It also seem that if you stand too near the northern side of the Caulderon area, you will be transported to the graveyard on the south side instead of the one on the northside which makes it a long run.
Dunno if it's a bug or supposed to be like that. It's very irritating either way. Comment by Ouber I don't know if this was already in here, but I was wondering how do you get to Zamael Lunthistle? Comment by Matte55 This is the way you have to go if you dont got key. Comment by nice place for farming solid stone.

Perhaps I'll go back at 45 and try my chances. Comment by Theres a face in the landscape how to download videos from youtube on macbook, I don't have the coords for it :P But I saw it once way back in classic wow while playing my hunter, Nerevarine of Aggramar.

Comment by mech There are actually 3 ways into Searing Gorge, but one requires a key obtained within the zone. You can access the zone in the following ways: Badlands Most common. Entrance is near the horde city. Comment by where do you find the stag pit in the Searing Gorge? Comment by This is true, but you can just as easily go over the hills there.
And you don't have to deal with rez sickness Comment by Lysergicius And as absolutely no-one has said it yet, the entrance via Loch Modan is in the bottom-left corner, Comment by I enjoyed this zone so much it rivals STV. Keep in mind, all of you who are ready to downrate this because both are major ganking zones, that i play on a PvE server. The zone is small, so you can easily cross it on the regular land mount, or even on foot it you really want to.
Getting the key wasn't that hard in retrospect, nor was finding the badlands entrance. Once you get the FP, you're set though, however you get in, because I believe, correct me if i'm wrong, that it is connected to SW.
None of the quests were very challenging, and there were enough of them to keep me happy and busy for a while. Probably the hardest quest was this because I couldn't find the damn slag pit until i finally decided to consult WoWhead.
The only other things i had trouble with were the fire elementals who were, as has already been said, immune to fire, and the mechanical golems who were immune to life drains i did the zone as an affliction lock.

Eagle Eye" to be able to re-cast once channeling. Anyway simply walk up on the edge and use the ability and manage to look behind the gate.
You can then right-click the lever and make the gate open. It's tricky to explain so here is a screenshot and video if you are totally lost. Comment by As of 4. Just sayin'. Comment by hordehater Getting into Searing Gorge is no longer the problem it once was. The gate at Stonewrought Pass is now open in southwestern Loch Modan and the pass takes you directly to northeast Searing Gorge. Searing Gorge has also become a fairly entertaining area in which to observe.
This wasn't like the usual "mob runs over to little mob, one-hits the little mob and runs back to previous position" fight.
Method One: Just walk in from the Badlands
Getting into Searing Gorge is no longer the problem it once was. The gate at Stonewrought Pass is now open in southwestern Loch Modan and the pass takes you directly to northeast Searing Gorge. Searing Gorge has also become a fairly entertaining area in which to observe. Take that road, going North towards Kargath, until you start to see the Kargath buildings. On your left there will be a path up into the hills that leads to a pass into Searing Gorge. You can spot it by the funny tree with only three branches at its entrance. For some reason the path doesn't appear on either the Badlands or Searing Gorge maps. Feb 22, · For the Alliance, the entrance to the Searing Gorge in Loch Modan is locked until the [Key to Searing Gorge] is obtained via a quest line that culminates in At Last! (level 48 quest). However, any Rogue with lockpicking of at least can pick the doors. An alternate path can be found in the Badlands just south of Kargath. This is the primary Horde entrance, as they have no way of obtaining the key.
Searing Gorge is a contested zone in the Eastern Kingdoms in the range for players. Searing Gorge is home to a group of exceptionally stout dwarves called the Thorium Brotherhood, who have separated from the Dark Iron clan. Just as its name might show, the whole zone is a charred, burning hellscape, within a deep foreboding valley.
Besides the outcast Dark Iron settlement of Thorium Point, there are few other friendly settlements in the zone, to either faction. Numerous gamers have many reasons for getting to Searing Gorge, but the most obvious reason most players do is that it contains one of the entrances to Blackrock Mountain.
And,next is a guide for you to get to Searing Gorge. There is a pass through to the Badlands and from there, there is a path north to Loch Modan which is next to the starting zone of the Dwarves,Dun Morogh.
The zone is easy to get to for the Alliance even though it is a little boring unless you have flight or the flight point. For the Horde, the journey is a long and even more boring route, the player will have to go to Stonard in the Swamp of Sorrows and then walk up there, trying to avoid the Alliance settlements. This method is a little easier for Alliance players, as the entrance to the Burning Steppes from the south is through the Redridge Mountains.
Just head north into the Burning Steppes from Redridge and then follow the road a little north and then more fully to the west. Keep going west until you find the turn off that leads to the mountain. Follow that road, straight North and through the mountain, until you reach the gate on the other side. Just head to Thorium Point in the East to get the flight path.
Method Three: The Key to Searing Gorge Only for Alliance Only This one is kind of cool, because you have to have already done one of the above methods to be able to get this option. To open up the gate to Searing Gorge, you have to go there first and find a Stegadon called Margol the Rager, who patrols a wide area in the Southeast of the zone.
This method is quite unnecessary, as getting to Searing Gorge is required to complete it, though before the addition of Thorium Point having access to the gate made travel MUCH easier for Alliance players.
